Welcome to Geonet. In general, this is a forum for asking questions to the GIS community to help you in your work. However, it seems from your post that you are asking someone to do the work for you.
If you have specific questions, please try to be as detailed as possible in your post so we can be best prepared to help you. Also, when sharing projects, it is not enough to just send the MXD. You also need to share the data that is referenced in the MXD. This can be done by creating and sharing a map package.
