I just signed up for a trial to compare ArcGIS Online to a competitor's product I'm currently using. I want to test the drive time feature, but when I do, I get this error: "Invalid tenant id. Unable to find tenant in database. Invalid tenant login.".
There are quite a few messages in these forums where someone responds and says, "should be fixed now"--can someone do that for me?
