I have a huge data set. It covers all of the UK. I want to publish a relatively small area of the data set as a hosted feature service from ArcMap 10.1. My data set is made of about five feature classes; point, line and polygon. I would like to be able to set some sort of Clip capability (based on a shape, the Frame, etc.) so that when I use File > Share as Service... only the data that is clipped is published as a feature service. Is this possible, and if so, how would I go about doing it?
