Feature Layer (hosted, view) - Editing is disabled

Hi, previously I created survey123 and related table. It was successfully worked! After that I joined my layer and survey and had Feature Layer (Hosted, View) in result. After that I intended to make a webmap that can be accessed offline. 

Although I have changed Feature Layer (Hosted) setting to enable sync, I couldn't do the same setting to the Feature Layer (Hosted, View). Why is that?

It's just a view of the original layer, so isnt the sync setting honoured by the view layer and does sync actually work for you in survey123?
