I am looking for a tiled map service of the FAA sectional charts that I can use a base map. I have the MapService from Living Atlas and although I can set it as a basemap, I am wanting to pull the basemap into Survey123 and that requires a tiled map service.
Try the ChartBundle wms available on arcgis online. It appears to be updated on the publication cycle and it is tiled. More info at www.chartbundle.com.
