Extract changes in feature service

I have a table with data from the survey that can be edited by the supervisor, however we want to keep the initial and edited records to compare the changes that were made. Reviewing this link extract-changes-feature-service a little bit, I think it may be an good solution. But the tool send me this Error and I don't know what is wrong.
The feature service and layers have ChangeTracking and Sync capabilities active:
