Exporting or copying Feature Layer Views

Is there an option for locking views down so people with ArcGIS Pro can't copy features? I can think of a few scenarios where a community would like to share data with a user but not allow them to copy and take all their data.

Other ArcGIS Online users have had this thought as well, and a BUG was logged a few years back:

BUG-000094497: Able to export hosted feature service data from ArcM.. 

However, because of the way in which Desktop clients like Pro access data the only way to prevent exporting would be to disable query. You may be able to use this workflow to limit the referrer to specific Web Applications or employ rate limiting to prevent a full query (and thereby a complete dataset when using Copy Features from ArcGIS Pro) of the Hosted Feature Layer View.
