Salutations!
I have an issue exporting data from our ArcGIS Survey123. I issue quarterly reports, so I usually download up to 3 months of data at a time. I have to organize data in a specific way, so I export it to Excel.
Sometimes the system is lightning fast. Usually, however, it is incredibly slow - at the time of this writing I have been trying for 4 hours to export the data I need. Some of the trouble shooting I've tried:
- 3 different browsers (Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox)
- Altered the search queries to include less or more data
- Selected certain data sets before exporting (such as 5 entries or 1 month's worth)
- Cleared internet history/cache
- Restarting my computer
- Turned off all electronics in my house to improve bandwidth
- Attempted to download from my office
I did get a report to export quickly around 10:45 this morning on Microsoft Edge, but realized I missed a search query. When I tried to export the same data with the slight change to the query, the whole system basically locked up.
I know eventually I will get the data, but has anyone else experience this? Any advice or information would be very appreciated. Thank you!
