I have a hosted AGOL web service that is publicly shared and has the export option enabled. I tested a few weeks ago with a free public account and was able to export layers from the service. However, today, when I log in with a free public account, the Export data option is no longer available in the AGOL service details page. When logged in with my organization account, I'm able to export the service layers, and one of my colleagues is also able to export the layers when logged into the organization account. Did something change in the past few weeks? Am I missing something?
