Export Attribute Table - ArcGIS Online

All,

Is there a way to export the attribute table of a feature class in ArcGIS Online? All I am finding is that it has to be a hosted feature service and you must be the owner. We primarily have our feature services from our Arc Server, how would an end user be able to print/export the attribute table if they aren't the owner of the "non-hosted" feature service?

There is not a way to export the table from an ArcGIS Online Web Map. You can use Open Data to display your data and users can download tables (and more) from there.

Nick, it looks like there are other ways of doing this, but, like you said, there are some limitations:

Extract Data—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS

One of these has to happen:

• You own the features.
• You are an administrator for your ArcGIS Online organization.
• You aren't the hosted feature layer owner or the administrator, but the owner or administrator has configured the hosted feature layer to allow others to export the data.

In any case, it sounds like Open Data will get you what you need.
