I have an ArcGIS Online Experience Builder application with 3 feature layers. Ideally, I'd like the user to click the Location Tool and the map will zoom to their physical location. If the user happens to be located within 1, 2 or all 3 of these feature layers, I'd like a popup to automatically display a message that they are in fact within 1, 2 or all 3 of these feature layers. Is this possible with an Arcade expression or something else?
