We have set up a Group on our ArcGIS Online Organizational account and invited 2 other folks from 2 other organizations our intent was for them to be able to edit a story map (edit and add content). Everyone in our organization is able to edit the story map, but the folks in the other organization can open it but lack the ability to edit. It seems like this should be possible. Is there a setting that is missing?
Thanks,
Matt
Sorry, editing of the story map cannot be done from someone outside of your organization. That is a platform-wide policy of group editing that applies to all items, and not just story maps.
You can edit a feature service shared through a group?
Is it just apps that you can't edit? There are cases when we are working with Subs and clients where this could streamline efforts and be very useful
Apps can be edited by multiple users within the same organization by creating a group with update capabilities enabled.
Agreed that this would be useful functionality. Please vote up my idea.
