Domain value sorting functionality seems to have gone backwards with June 2025 update

I just realized that after the June 2025 update of ArcGIS Online, not only is there STILL no easy way to sort domain values in ArcGIS Online, but it appears that we now cannot even view and sort the entire list at once. Only 20 values are shown on each page, with no option to show all or increase the number of values shown. So now when I try to sort a new list of 40 values, I can only sort the 20 values on one page at a time, and I can't drag values between pages. Please tell me I am missing something. Why is there no option to view all?

I know I can get this done in Field Maps Designer, but I shouldn't have to, and a lot of users are not going to know that. Not only that, but you can't edit a layer directly there, but rather it has to be in a web map that you own. And then you have to know to edit the form, add the field to the form, and then click "edit list" in the field properties. This is not intuitive and it's not a substitute for core functionality that should exist in the item details page.
