if you exceeded the 50 credits, would it be renewable the next month?

I guess the account for the free development plan is perpetual, which is limited to single user and 50 credits for each month.

Terms of Use - FAQ | ArcGIS for Developers

Plans | ArcGIS for Developers 

We are giving you 50 credits per month. If you don't use those credits, they'll expire and we'll give you another 50 credits the next month.
