I am trying to understand the swipe tool in the arcGIS web appbuilder. I cannot add trailing and leading layers like in the instant app builder, but in the instant app builder will only allow one widget to be added at a time. The swipe tool in the web appbuilder is completely different and does not perform the same function. It is very frustrating as adding a legend and a swipe widget to the same app should not be impossible, but it seems it is.
