DEM not visible in ArcGIS Online

I have made a custom DEM and published it as an Image Service on the Image Server to use it in ArcGIS Online. However, in ArcGIS Online, the digital elevation model is not visible.

The coördinates are in sr3857, which is the coördinate system used for the Digital Twin at the company.
