If your ArcGIS Online subscription is deleted, the availability of your content will depend on several factors:

  1. Publicly Shared Content: If your content (maps, layers, etc.) was shared publicly, it may still be accessible to anyone with the link, even after the subscription is deleted.

  2. Shared Within the Organization: If your content was shared only within your organization, it will likely become inaccessible once the subscription is deleted, as access permissions are tied to that subscription.

  3. Ownership and Transfer: If you have transferred ownership of your content to another user or account before the deletion, that content may still be accessible through the new owner’s account.

  4. Data Storage: If your content relies on data stored within your subscription, deleting the subscription will typically result in the loss of access to that data.

Recommendations:

  • Backup Your Content: Before deleting your subscription, consider exporting or backing up your content.
  • Transfer Ownership: If possible, transfer ownership of important items to another user within your organization.

By taking these steps, you can help ensure your content remains accessible even if your subscription is deleted.
