Delete empty folder says 1 item in it

Doing a little house cleaning in AGOL.  Came across a folder that is empty, yet says there is 1 items in the folder.  Should I be concerned?Empty, but not Empty Folder

Hi @DavidBuehler,

I would get in contact with Technical Support as you may have a ghost/hidden item. They may be able to help you remove this item.

Tech support was able to help me out using ArcGIS Assistant Beta.  It was a hung code attachment.
