I have an issue where I have a service setup to locate drainage complaints and track their progress in mitigating the issue. I have multiple date fields, among other text and dropdown fields, that are all working perfectly. I have 1 date field though that is not allowing a user to input a date. When you try to edit this field it appears like a dropdown but only has 1 text choice to put in that says "Open" and does not allow for a date to be entered.
I have checked the field formats in the service and the format is listed as a date field. I have included a snip of the dropdown that shows the Open selection and the service info page for the field showing the format.
