Is there a way that a geodatabase administrator can receive a notification every time someone makes an edit through a web map or an app such as Collector?
Currently this isn't available for Hosted feature services in ArcGIS Online. Please vote up the following idea on the ideas site to show your interest in this functionality. https://community.esri.com/ideas/10344
