I just built a distributed collaboration between our Enterprise and AGOL - put the services hosted on Portal in the shared group - and used those shared services to build an app on AGOL.
When I published it and sent the link to my team to test - all can open the map, but only a few people are seeing the data.
I can see the data on Chrome, but not edge or Firefox. Two colleagues can't see it on any browser they tried, and one colleague can see it in Firefox. Everyone has the same role and permissions on their AGOL and Portal accounts.
What do I need to be checking to get this app working for everyone? Thank you!
