DASHBOARD CREATION

I don't have the dashboard option under "CREATE APP".   

Pls help , i am failing to complete my dashboard assignment

Are you logged into ArcGIS Online with a public account or an account with your organization?

Public accounts have limited functionality in ArcGIS Online. Public accounts do not support creating web apps such as ArcGIS Web AppBuilder and ArcGIS Dashboards. Ensure you are logged in with your school's organization account when looking to create a Dashboard.
