I know this has happened to other users and I have not seen a solution to what appears to a bug in the Map Tour Story Map app. I am unable to add a custom logo, when I upload a photo it just reverts back to the ESRI logo or nothing happens. Any fix?

Is the url using http or https?

it is the right size. it is http - map is public from an organizational account
photo is stored on flickr
Can you share the link to the image?
If you use web debugging tool, is there an error received in the request to save the image?
