Current Location Finder and ArcGIS Online on a mobile laptop

I have several maps created and saved on ArcGIS Online that I want to use on a mobile laptop computer.  When using these online maps on the laptop, I would like for my current location to be displayed on the map and to update as I travel with the laptop. Is this possible? And how?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.  THANKS!

Unfortunately this functionality is not available.

PS. You could use a GPS a save your locations and then upload a GPX file showing everywhere you've been (you can do this in ArcGIS.com)
