I have a crowdsource report app with only one editable layer. When a point is dropped on the map, there is no pop-up window to show the report associated with the location. What am I missing? The layer is open to edits, the underlying shared webmap has a configured pop-up window. Can you only click on a feature and get a pop up if you have more than one layer in the web app?

I figured it out. In your underlying webmap a reference non-editable layer should not be above (hierachy in the layers) the editable layer. This disabled the link between the feature and the report displaying.
Re-ordering the layers fixed the problem.
