Credit storage usage drop?

Hi everyone and ESRI team,

Just want to check what our graphs for hourly usage is telling us. I see consistent hourly usage but at some certain hours there is a big drop, wondering why that is so.

Hope you can enlighten us. Is this an AWS resource outage or something?
