Hi,
I'm trying to create a crowdsource reporter map. I followed instructions here , when I got to step 3, I got stuck on
"these editable layers must have Create and Query capabilities enabled, must have editing enabled in the map contents, and must have at least one editable field."
How do I create a layer that meets this criteria? I have looked in the 'overview' and 'settings' tab and there doesn't seem to be any options there to do this.
