Converting KML to shape file using DNR

I have a KML file as attached. when I open DNR, it give me messages:  "Port 1 does not exist", and "Error #8012 - THe device is not open". If I continue to load my KML file, I still can convert it to Shape file. But when I add the shapefile to arcgis, there is nothing displayed, even there are information in attribute table.

The projection in my area is wgs-1984-UTM-Zone-N48

I'm not familiar with DNR, but it seems like you are not ending up with a valid shapefile. You might try looking at this post.
