I am having an issue configuring the Transportation Hazard Reporter which was built with the ArcGIS Vision Zero Solution. I am attempting to make edits to the fields available under 'Report a Hazard' but with something I did, it changed what defaulted to the open screen in the web mapping application. With the tool having already been built with Solutions, I am having a hard time figuring out how all the maps, apps, and layers are tied together.
The image I attached is what the open screen of the web app looks like. Previously, the open screen defaulted to where you could just submit a hazard.
If anyone has used the ArcGIS Solutions Vision Zero - Transportation Hazard Reporter I would appreciate some assistance.
