Configuring pop ups in map viewer on ArcGIS online

Hi everyone, 

I am trying to configure the pop up boxes for a map I created. There are several fields in the attribute table that I don't want displayed when you click on the pop up box, but for some reason I cannot find where or how to configure the pop up boxes to remove some of those fields and change the title names. I tried to right click the layer but it seems there is no options for configuring the pop up.

Hi @SusieMcGovern ,

The popup configurations are handled through the popup section in the right-hand menu in Map Viewer.

When you click on that, expand "Field List" and click the x to remove any fields you don't want displayed.

Hi Katie, I don't have that option on my map viewer. Is there a way to enable/access it?

Do you own the layers and/or the web map? What user type do you have?

Yes, I own the layers and I am the admin on the account. I'm working with a hosted feature layer from ArcGIS pro. I had created a similar map with older data, and the pop up window shows on that one. However, for this dataset, it doesn't show

For some reason, after I edited the symbology for the points on the map, the pop up feature displayed. Weird!
