Cities being shown in Wrong Countries

I am trying to download the cites with a population greater than 50,000 from the following link https://overpass-turbo.eu/ using the code(file attached)

but I am getting the issue that some of the issues are shown in the wrong countries. Please why I am getting this issue and how to correct this.

Hi Muhammad, 

When I ran your query I also received a table with errors. It seems like the export is missing info in certain cities, leading to records not having identical structure. Consequently, when exported it populates rows with wrong data as the schema doesn't match.

I quickly did a spatial join with a layer of country boundaries. Attached here. Hope this solves your problem.
