Changing the Alias in an Arcade Chart

I have been working on maps for planners and one of the things is giving live updates on the aggregate assets in project areas. Because I want to make charts about the compliance of several assets in the same charts to save screen space, I have technical field names in the attributes dictionary of the return, how can I change the label/tooltip/alias of the field value shown in regular Map Viewer?

It's just key/value pairs, not a real schema, so I don't believe it supports aliases. Whatever you put as the key, that's what is shown in the chart. As long as you close it in quotes, there's no reason your key can't have spaces, though:
