Cannot View Credits

I have an Organisation account in AGOL created way back in Feb 2016. Before I could see my Credit status in the Organisation tab. A few weeks back this feature was missing and I cannot view my Credits. Is this feature not shown when Credits are used up or is it because of updates made in AGOL. Please help.

Do you see the Organization tab when you logged in to ArcGIS Online?

If you don't, maybe your organizational account has expired, and is now converted to a public account.

If you see the Organization tab, but don't see the Credits (Organization > Overview), you may need to check if you have the Administrator role in your organization.

You may also check if you can see the credits details in Status tab (Organization > Status).

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I do have the Organization tab.

The overview tab shows only status of Members but no credit info. Dash2.JPG

The Status tab under Organization also does not show Credit info.

Looks odd.

The Credits info. should be available, even if all credits are consumed.

It's time to contact Esri Technical Support. Maybe they can fix it from their end.
