Cannot update data/layer

Hi all,

I have some issues when trying to update data/layer in ArcGIS online.

I'm try to overwrite the entire layer using the same-column spreadsheet but it keeps saying "User cant overwrite this service, using this data, as this data is already referring to another service".

Does anyone else have the same issue?
