I am the administrator of our organization's ArcGIS Online system and I am trying to remove a staff member who has since left the organization. When trying to do so, I get a pop-up error message reading" "Unable to delete member: {User]. This member has taken their ArcGIS Pro license offline." This would've happened prior to me joining the organization. Is there any way to solve this or override the error?
