We have groups developing dashboards, web applications and other items where they want to jointly edit the item. I've assumed this creates versioning issues, and that each group member needs to make an individual copy, edit it, and share the edited item. One person could then coordinate the edits made by others by manually editing a single copy of the item to include the relevant changes. Is there any other way to do this?
Also keep in mind that anyone with an Administrator user role can update any content, regardless of who the owner is or group it's shared with, so this could be a potential solution as well.
