Can I remove the grid from the map in Story map Series?

Hi friends, I have a doubt with the story map series. When I see the app in a tablet the map contains a grid but I can´t remove it in the storymap configuration. Can I remove this grid?

I'm seeing a couple of reports from Esri Support that this is browser-specific; what is the outcome if you use the same browser on the tablet that is used on the desktop?
