Can I label points on the Map?

Sorry if this is a newbie question... I'm new here and couldn't find an easy answer via searching the faq and forums.

I've been having a lot of problems with my iphone data speeds, so to show Sprint exactly what was going on I drove all over Los Angeles while repeatedly running the speedtest app.

This app can then generate a CSV file of its results, including lat and lon of where each test took place.

I imported this into ArcGIS and it automatically created points all over the map for me! Cool! I can click on each point, and it pops open a window showing my test results at that particular point.

My question is: I would like to NOT have to click on each point to see the download speed. I'd like that information to be permanently visible on the map right above (or next to) each pin. Is it possible to designate a particular field in the CSV to be treated as a label that will be visible on the map without having to click anything?

I tried going into Configure Display, and choosing Classify by Color thinking that that would at least let me color the dots based on the download speed field, but the only fields that are available in that drop down are Lat and Lon. Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks!
