Hi everyone,
We're currently facing an issue with our ArcGIS Online (or ArcGIS Enterprise) asset management system. Multiple feature services are throwing errors, and several layer links appear to be broken or inaccessible. This is affecting our ability to manage, view, and update asset data properly.
We've tried basic troubleshooting like refreshing the services and checking layer settings, but the issue persists. Has anyone else encountered similar problems recently? Any advice or known fixes would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance for your support!

ESRI did an update last night and seems to have caused some issues with online services.
You can check the status of the services here: ArcGIS Online Health Dashboard
For anyone else landing on this post today chasing the same issue: There appear to have also been intermittent outages in the authentication servers.
My officemate's ArcPro has logged her out multiple times today, as the service seems to go up & down. About 10ft/3m away, I've only had it log me out once. The coworker about 5ft/1.5m from me on the other side hadn't experienced it at all, yet, as of an hour ago.
And I've heard the same sorts of things from colleagues across the industry. People sharing an office aren't seeing the same behavior at the same time from the authentication services.
I think we're all just gonna have to batten the hatches on our individual organizations for today and hope ESRI quickly locates & fixes whatever bugs were introduced to the servers.
I imagine there will be some interesting conversations at UC in a couple weeks.
Thanks for sharing this insight — it really helps to know we’re not alone in this. We’ve seen similar behavior on our end as well, with users experiencing different levels of disruption even within the same workspace. Definitely seems like a backend authentication issue. Hopefully Esri gets to the root of it soon. And yes, I suspect this will be a hot topic at UC — a lot of folks will want clarity and reassurances moving forward.
