Basemaps display with white gridlines

An employee at my organization is running into the issue of seeing gridlines on satellite images for all maps she views from either ArcGIS Online or Google Maps. I found this article that I thought would resolve the issue, it did when I tested the zoom level on my computer using Chrome. But the gridlines are still visible on her computer despite changing the zoom level to 100% in both Chrome and Internet Explorer (it does work for her in Firefox). Has anyone else run into this issue?
