Does anyone know if there is a Living Atlas layer or basemap in ArcGIS Online that is a basemap without borders? So just the geographic coast outline, but no political borders.

Also no labels if possible!

Thank you!

Hey Sara,

Have a look at the Vector Style Editor. You can customize how a basemap looks to suit your needs including turning off boundary layers and labels:

Also of interest on this topic:  the Human Geography series of basemaps in Living Atlas all put the country borders on the "Details" layer, which you can turn off at will.Screenshot 2024-02-21 at 5.27.04 PM.pngScreenshot 2024-02-21 at 5.26.51 PM.png
