I have a student trying to open ArcGIS Earth - everytime she does, she gets the error screenshotted below. We have tried uninstalling the program and reinstalling, and it continues to load the same way. No one else in the adminstration group has a similar problem - all other accounts are working fine. Looking for a solution to get the program to work.
