Auto update symbology classes on AGOL webmap when new data comes into hosted feature class

I have a hosted feature class that is linked to Survey123. It shows the number of people who have completed the survey per US state. I am trying to show the states symbolized with a color gradient or classes.

The problem is as more surveys are filled out  the symbology classes / maximum values does not update.  Since I don't know how many people will ultimately fill it out I cant predefine the class or range. Is there a way to get them to update automatically each time a new record is created?

I also have the same question. Hopefully there's been an update in the last 3 years, our business has been enjoying choropleth maps based on Survey123 data but without a way for the classes to recalculate automatically it is quite limiting in what we can do.
