Attempting to customize icons for ArcGIS hub, only option is to provide url instead of upload

I am working on making a hub for users to view and download spatial data. I'm attempting to edit the icons users will click to direct them to relevant data of interest  (e.g. a building icon for users to view building footprint data). I am aware there is an existing library of icons to choose from, but I want to upload my own. Unfortunately I cannot simply upload the image of the icon I want to use, even though that's an option for features like the background image of the site. Instead, I have to provide a url (screenshot provided). I'm unfamiliar with filesharing in this way, can anyone advise on the steps I need to take in order to get the .png image stored on my computer to appear as an icon on the hub? Thank you for any advice.

You can upload the image to your organization and share with whoever your hub is accessible to. Then use the URL that gets created for that item (URL property in the Overview tab) .

Thank you for your reply, this is the solution. For additional info, I was unsuccessful when initially trying this, as a url wouldn't appear when I would add the icon to my organization's geoportal. However, when I changed the sharing settings to "everyone", a url is available that can be used for icon customization. Appreciate the help.
