We are having an issue where we are having a mismatch between our facility point and the facility attachments (which are a pdf with details of the facility).
When I am in an .mxd and using the data, the attachment files work just fine. When I launch our web app and search the same facility point, I get a totally different pdf then what it is supposed to be and what was showing up in Desktop.
Has anyone else had this issue happen? Is there something simple I am missing in the pop up configuration or in the service?

I would recommend contacting Support for this one. If you need assistance getting a case created please let me know.
Thanks Katie- I will call support today and discuss the issue. It's very strange behavior and is inconsistent (I check a point and it's working fine then two days later it isn't working and giving me a pdf from across town.)
