Attaching pictures and display in Web map.

I want to attach the pictures of a feature in the web map or ArcGIS online, similar to hyperlink option in ArcGIS desktop, is it possible? if possible, please help me.

You can also enable attachments from item details page of the hosted feature service in ArcGIS Online.
