Arcmap v10.5 problem

Hey there,

I use arcgis desktop v10.5 and its arcmap version.i faced an issue when i added a basemap of world imagery. When i added it , there wasn't any thing done. When i reapeat and wait , nothing done .

I don't know where is the problem really .. btw, i deleted the application and reinstall it and i faced the same problem.

I wish i find someone can solve that complicated issue

This may be an issue with compatibility between the basemap and ArcMap 10.5.

That version retired on December 01, 2022 (https://support.esri.com/en-us/products/arcmap/life-cycle).

I would recommend using a newer & supported version of ArcGIS Pro.
