ArcGIS Online Web Map Pop-up

Hi everyone,

I wanna ask a question to you all, is it possible to create a button action in ArcGIS Online Web Map, like below I have a picture with a button with the name "Tutup" so if I click the "Tututp" button it will close the pop-up windows?

Besides that actually ArcGIS Online Web Map pop-up already have "X" button on the top op pop-up which is used to close pop-up windows.
