ArcGIS Online Last Login Date Wrong

Several SAML users show last login as 'Never' after weeks of having logged in and owning items.

This was only discovered after automated ArcGIS API for Python scripts for managing users and items failed because the last login dates could not be parsed for some users who had data. Is this common for an AGOL org with SAML authentication and is there a way to fix it?

Same here. Mix of last login values for SAML users. Some show a last login date that gels with what they tell use, others show Never though they are logging in.

Similar to the original poster, our organization also uses the Last Login date to filter and remove inactive users and we are finding discrepancies with our mobile login and SAML users and other special cases with their activity and last login dates not matching up. We do see the new SAML login user update from Never after about 60 minutes, but we need clarification on when the Last Login date value is updated in ArcGIS mobile apps for all login types (both built-in and SAML).

@StephanieWendel Can you provide any information?

If there isn't an existing enhancement request for mobile logins to update AGO Last Login correctly we would like to get that started.

Started seeing this issue a couple weeks ago when an admin tried to notify users that since they had never logged in and owned items that those items would be removed, and the account deleted. The users responded that they had been logging in recently. I personally saw this when I created a python script to check all items in the org and calculate when owners of those items had last logged in. I received an error when it got to items owners with a last login of "Never"
The users were created through various ways including a CSV file with most of the users during migration or created without sending invitation.
Depends on the user but can include survey 123, collector, field apps, Organizational login, or ArcGIS Pro.
Azure SAML login
Yes, both the interface and API show "Never" and this includes GeoJobe Admin

It should be showing the last login date. Can you provide the following:

When did you start seeing this issue?
How was the user created?
How did they sign in?
What kind of identity provider do they have?
Both the interface and Python API show "Never" for these users?
