I have a layer loaded onto the map (2020 Census Response Rate Tracts) and a CSV table loaded from my organization's open data portal (Socrata). The table loads perfectly well and I am able to run a one-time join by attribute that saves a static feature layer. But when I try to run a join and "create results as hosted feature layer view", the tool fails. It adds the layer to the map with a faded name and a spinning wheel that never goes away.
How can I join the table so that my feature layer attributes update when the table refreshes every day?
